v2.8.0 Feature

New Agentic Workflow Builder

Introducing the all-new Agentic Workflow Builder — a visual, drag-and-drop interface for creating AI-powered automation sequences that can research, decide, and act autonomously.

What’s new

  • Visual workflow canvas — Build complex multi-step agentic workflows with a drag-and-drop interface
  • Autonomous decision nodes — Let AI agents make routing decisions based on real-time data signals
  • Pre-built agent templates — Start from 20+ templates for common GTM workflows like lead qualification, outbound sequencing, and deal progression
  • Agent memory — Workflows retain context across interactions for more personalized engagement
  • Observability dashboard — Monitor agent decisions, track success rates, and fine-tune behavior in real time

Why it matters

The previous workflow builder was powerful but required explicit rules for every branch. The new agentic builder lets you define goals and constraints, and the AI figures out the optimal path — adapting as conditions change.

This is a foundational shift in how GTMStack handles automation, moving from rule-based to goal-based workflows.

v2.7.0 Feature

Deal Intelligence Module

The new Deal Intelligence module gives revenue teams real-time visibility into deal health, stakeholder dynamics, and risk factors — all powered by AI analysis of your pipeline data.

What’s new

  • Deal health scoring — AI-powered scoring based on engagement patterns, stakeholder activity, and historical win/loss data
  • Stakeholder mapping — Automatic identification and visualization of decision-makers, champions, and blockers
  • Risk alerts — Proactive notifications when deals show signs of stalling or regressing
  • Competitive intel integration — Surface competitor mentions and positioning within deal context
  • Forecasting improvements — More accurate revenue forecasts based on deal intelligence signals

Why it matters

Sales teams often lack visibility into what’s really happening inside complex deals. Deal Intelligence surfaces insights that would otherwise require hours of manual CRM analysis, helping reps and managers take action before deals slip.

v2.6.2 Improvement

Performance Improvements — 40% Faster Dashboards

This release focuses on performance across the platform, with the biggest gains in dashboard and analytics load times.

What’s improved

  • 40% faster dashboard loads — Optimized query engine and introduced server-side caching for analytics widgets
  • Reduced memory usage — Background workers now consume 30% less memory during data enrichment jobs
  • Faster sequence renderingEmail sequence editor loads 2x faster for sequences with 10+ steps
  • Improved search indexing — Contact and account search results now return in under 200ms for databases with 1M+ records
  • Bulk action optimization — Bulk email sends and list operations are now parallelized for 3x throughput

Technical details

The dashboard improvements come from a migration to a new columnar query engine for analytics data. Self-hosted customers will see these gains automatically after upgrading — no configuration changes required.

v2.6.0 Feature Breaking

API v2 With New Endpoints

API v2 is here with a redesigned endpoint structure, improved rate limits, and new capabilities for building custom integrations.

What’s new

  • RESTful endpoint redesign — Consistent resource naming, pagination, and error responses across all endpoints
  • New endpoints — Workflow triggers, deal intelligence, and social scheduling now available via API
  • Webhook 2.0 — Configurable webhook payloads with filtering, retry logic, and delivery logs
  • OAuth 2.0 support — Secure third-party app authorization with scoped permissions
  • Rate limit increase — Pro plans now get 10,000 requests/minute (up from 1,000)

Breaking changes

  • API v1 endpoints are deprecated and will be removed on 2026-08-01
  • Authentication header format changed from X-API-Key to Authorization: Bearer <token>
  • Pagination format changed from offset-based to cursor-based
  • Some response field names have been updated for consistency (see migration guide)

Migration guide

A full migration guide is available in our developer documentation. The key changes are minimal for most integrations — primarily updating the auth header and pagination handling. We recommend migrating before June 2026 to avoid disruption.

v2.5.0 Feature

Multi-Platform Social Scheduler

Schedule and publish content across all major social platforms from a single interface — with AI-powered optimal timing and platform-specific formatting.

What’s new

  • Unified scheduler — Create and schedule posts for LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook from one screen
  • AI-powered timing — Automatic scheduling based on audience engagement patterns for each platform
  • Platform-specific formatting — Content is automatically adapted to each platform’s best practices (character limits, hashtags, image crops)
  • Content calendar view — Visual calendar showing all scheduled and published content across channels
  • Team collaboration — Draft, review, and approve workflows for social content with role-based permissions
  • Analytics integration — Social performance metrics flow directly into your GTMStack dashboards

Why it matters

Managing social presence across five or more platforms used to require dedicated tools and significant manual effort. The social scheduler brings this into GTMStack, connecting social content to your broader GTM strategy and eliminating yet another point solution from your stack.

v2.4.0 Feature

Social Management Suite

The Social Management Suite brings multi-platform publishing and engagement tools for LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook into GTMStack. Manage your entire social presence from the same platform you use for everything else.

What’s new

  • Multi-platform publishing with a unified composer that formats posts for each network
  • Engagement inbox that aggregates comments, mentions, and DMs from all connected accounts
  • Content calendar integration linking social posts to your broader editorial plan
  • Audience analytics with follower growth, engagement rates, and best-time-to-post recommendations
  • Team collaboration with draft reviews, approval queues, and role-based publishing permissions

Why it matters

Social media is a critical channel for brand awareness and demand generation, but managing five platforms with separate tools creates unnecessary overhead. The Social Management Suite consolidates everything into GTMStack so your social strategy stays connected to the rest of your go-to-market motion.

v2.3.0 Feature

Agentic GTM Operations

Agentic GTM Operations introduces AI-powered sequences, autonomous actions, and an intelligent insights engine to GTMStack. This beta release marks the beginning of a new approach where the platform can take action on your behalf, not just surface recommendations.

What’s new

  • AI-powered sequences that adapt messaging, timing, and channel based on prospect behavior
  • Autonomous actions where the platform can pause underperforming campaigns, reassign leads, and adjust targeting
  • Intelligent insights engine that surfaces patterns in your data and suggests next steps
  • Guardrails and approval flows so teams stay in control of what the AI can and cannot do
  • Performance benchmarking comparing AI-driven campaigns against manual baselines

Why it matters

Go-to-market teams generate enormous amounts of data but rarely have time to act on all of it. Agentic GTM Operations turns that data into action by handling routine decisions automatically, freeing up your team to focus on strategy and high-value conversations.

v2.2.0 Feature

Self-Hosted Deployment

GTMStack now supports self-hosted deployment with Docker and Kubernetes. Teams in regulated industries or those with strict data residency requirements can run the full platform on their own infrastructure.

What’s new

  • Docker deployment with official images and a single-command setup for small teams
  • Kubernetes support with Helm charts, horizontal scaling, and high-availability configurations
  • Air-gapped installation for environments with no outbound internet access
  • On-premise data control ensuring all customer and prospect data stays within your network
  • Upgrade automation with rolling updates, backup verification, and rollback support

Why it matters

Many enterprise teams cannot send sensitive go-to-market data to a third-party cloud. Self-hosted deployment removes that barrier, giving security-conscious organizations full control over where their data lives while still getting every GTMStack feature.

v2.1.0 Feature

Data Enrichment Engine

The Data Enrichment Engine fills in missing contact and account data using a waterfall strategy across multiple providers. Set your enrichment rules once, and every new record gets completed automatically.

What’s new

  • Waterfall enrichment that queries multiple data providers in sequence until each field is filled
  • Contact enrichment covering job title, email, phone, LinkedIn profile, and company details
  • Account enrichment with firmographics, technographics, funding history, and employee count
  • Auto-enrichment rules that trigger on record creation, import, or on a scheduled cadence
  • Enrichment audit log showing which provider filled each field, with confidence scores

Why it matters

Incomplete data makes every go-to-market motion less effective, from lead scoring to outbound targeting to reporting accuracy. The Data Enrichment Engine keeps your database clean and complete without requiring manual research or one-off data purchases.

v2.0.0 Feature

Competitor Monitoring

Competitor Monitoring tracks pricing changes, product updates, content activity, and hiring signals from your competitors. Stay informed about market moves without manually checking dozens of sources every week.

What’s new

  • Pricing tracking that detects changes to competitor pricing pages and alerts your team
  • Product change alerts triggered by feature launches, changelog updates, and documentation changes
  • Content monitoring that tracks competitor blog posts, case studies, and social media activity
  • Hiring signal detection that identifies growth patterns based on open job postings
  • Competitive battlecards that auto-update with the latest intelligence for sales conversations

Why it matters

Knowing what your competitors are doing should not require hours of manual research. Competitor Monitoring runs in the background and surfaces the changes that matter, giving your team an information advantage in every deal and planning cycle.

v1.9.0 Feature

Surveys & Forms

Surveys and Forms adds lead capture forms, audience surveys, and original research tools to GTMStack. Collect first-party data from your audience and feed it directly into your go-to-market workflows.

What’s new

  • Lead capture forms with conditional logic, progressive profiling, and CRM sync
  • Audience surveys supporting multiple question types, branching, and anonymous responses
  • Original research tools for designing studies, collecting responses, and generating reports
  • Form analytics with submission rates, drop-off analysis, and field-level performance data
  • Embeddable widgets that work on any website, landing page, or email

Why it matters

First-party data is becoming more valuable as third-party tracking fades. Surveys and Forms give teams a direct channel to collect insights from prospects and customers, then use that data to personalize outreach and inform strategy.

v1.8.0 Feature

Event Marketing Module

The Event Marketing Module covers the full lifecycle of events, from discovery and planning through outreach and ROI measurement. Whether you are sponsoring a conference or hosting a webinar, everything is tracked in one place.

What’s new

  • Event discovery with a curated database of industry conferences, meetups, and trade shows
  • Planning tools including budgets, task assignments, booth logistics, and speaker coordination
  • Outreach sequences for pre-event prospecting, attendee follow-up, and no-show re-engagement
  • ROI tracking that connects event spend to meetings booked, pipeline created, and deals closed
  • Post-event reports with attendee engagement summaries and follow-up task automation

Why it matters

Events are one of the most expensive line items in a marketing budget, yet most teams track them in spreadsheets. The Event Marketing Module brings structure and measurement to event programs so teams can justify spend and improve results over time.

v1.7.0 Feature

Account-Based Marketing

The Account-Based Marketing module brings account targeting, multi-channel orchestration, and engagement scoring to GTMStack. Sales and marketing teams can now coordinate their efforts around high-value accounts from a shared workspace.

What’s new

  • Account targeting with firmographic filters, intent data, and ideal customer profile matching
  • Orchestration engine that coordinates outreach across email, ads, LinkedIn, and direct mail per account
  • Engagement scoring that aggregates activity from every contact at a target account into a single score
  • Account timeline showing every touchpoint, from ad impressions to email replies to meeting bookings
  • ABM dashboards with account penetration metrics, pipeline influence, and campaign performance

Why it matters

Winning enterprise deals requires a coordinated approach across sales and marketing. The ABM module gives both teams a shared view of target accounts, so they can align on priorities, avoid duplicate outreach, and focus energy where it has the most impact.

v1.6.0 Feature

Integrations Marketplace

The Integrations Marketplace launches with over 40 pre-built connectors, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Google Analytics, and many more. Install integrations in a few clicks and keep your data flowing across your entire stack.

What’s new

  • 40+ integrations spanning CRM, communication, analytics, advertising, and productivity tools
  • One-click install with guided setup wizards and pre-configured field mappings
  • Bi-directional sync that keeps data consistent between GTMStack and connected platforms
  • Custom webhooks for connecting internal tools or platforms not yet in the marketplace
  • Integration health dashboard showing sync status, error rates, and data volume

Why it matters

No go-to-market team runs on a single tool. The Integrations Marketplace makes GTMStack the connective layer between your CRM, communication tools, and analytics platforms, so your data stays accurate and your workflows stay connected.

v1.5.0 Feature

Workflow Automation Builder

The Workflow Automation Builder lets teams create visual, multi-step automations that connect actions across every GTMStack module. Set triggers, define conditions, and let the platform handle the repetitive work.

What’s new

  • Visual workflow builder with a drag-and-drop canvas for designing automation flows
  • Trigger library including form submissions, deal stage changes, score thresholds, and time-based events
  • Cross-tool actions that connect SDR operations, content, SEO, and lead generation in a single workflow
  • Conditional branching with if/else logic, delays, and parallel paths
  • Workflow analytics showing execution counts, success rates, and error logs

Why it matters

Manual handoffs between teams and tools slow down every go-to-market motion. The Workflow Automation Builder removes that friction by letting teams codify their processes once and have them run automatically, so nothing falls through the cracks.

v1.4.0 Feature Improvement

Analytics Dashboard Overhaul

The analytics dashboard has been completely rebuilt with attribution modeling, funnel analytics, and custom dashboard support. This is the biggest upgrade to GTMStack reporting since launch.

What’s new

  • Multi-touch attribution supporting first-touch, last-touch, linear, and custom models
  • Funnel analytics with stage-by-stage conversion rates, velocity tracking, and drop-off analysis
  • Custom dashboards that let you build and share views tailored to your team or role
  • Scheduled reports delivered via email or Slack on a daily, weekly, or monthly cadence
  • Data export in CSV, PDF, and API formats for use in external BI tools

Why it matters

Understanding what drives pipeline and revenue requires more than surface-level metrics. The new analytics suite gives go-to-market leaders the ability to measure impact across channels and make data-informed decisions about where to invest their time and budget.

  • Link building workflows with prospect discovery, outreach templates, and relationship tracking
  • On-page audit tools that scan your content for optimization opportunities
  • SEO reporting with organic traffic attribution, keyword movement summaries, and content performance

Why it matters

v1.2.0 Feature

Lead Generation Engine

The Lead Generation Engine introduces social listening, a cold email builder, and LinkedIn prospecting tools to GTMStack. Teams can now discover, qualify, and engage prospects from a single workspace.

What’s new

  • Social listening that monitors keywords, hashtags, and competitor mentions across platforms
  • Cold email builder with personalization variables, A/B testing, and deliverability scoring
  • LinkedIn prospecting tools for finding decision-makers, tracking engagement, and sending connection requests
  • Lead scoring model that ranks prospects based on fit, intent signals, and engagement history
  • Prospect lists with filtering by industry, company size, tech stack, and buying signals

Why it matters

Finding the right prospects and reaching them with the right message is the hardest part of outbound. The Lead Generation Engine connects discovery and outreach so teams spend less time researching and more time having conversations with qualified buyers.

June 2025

v1.1.0 Feature

Content Operations

Content Operations brings editorial workflows, a publishing calendar, and pipeline management directly into GTMStack. Marketing teams can now plan, produce, and publish content without leaving the platform.

What’s new

  • Publishing calendar with drag-and-drop scheduling across blog, social, and email channels
  • Editorial workflows with customizable stages, approvals, and assignee management
  • Content pipeline view showing every piece from ideation through publication
  • Collaboration tools including inline comments, version history, and shared drafts
  • Content briefs with structured templates that keep writers aligned on goals and messaging

Why it matters

Content production involves too many handoffs between docs, spreadsheets, and project management tools. With Content Operations, the entire process lives in GTMStack, giving teams a single source of truth for what is being created, who owns it, and when it ships.

v1.0.0 Feature

GTMStack Platform Launch

GTMStack is live. The platform brings together calling, texting, and email into a single SDR workspace, backed by a real-time analytics dashboard and native CRM integrations. This is the foundation everything else will be built on.

What’s new

  • SDR operations hub with built-in calling, texting, and email tools, all in one place
  • Analytics dashboard showing activity metrics, response rates, and pipeline contribution
  • CRM integrations with Salesforce and HubSpot for automatic contact and deal syncing
  • Team management with role-based access, activity tracking, and manager dashboards
  • Sequence builder for creating multi-step outreach cadences across channels

Why it matters

Go-to-market teams have been forced to stitch together separate tools for every channel, losing context and wasting time switching between apps. GTMStack puts everything in one workspace so reps can focus on selling, not managing software.
