Workflow automation is the use of technology to automatically execute repetitive tasks and processes based on predefined triggers and rules. In GTM operations, this means things like routing leads to the right rep, updating deal stages based on activity, sending follow-up emails after meetings, and syncing data between tools — all without manual intervention.
